Bonsoul Spearmint organic essential oil is made from steam distillation of whole spearmint plant grown in organic farms located in the hilly Himalayan region. For personal care applications, we recommend using Bonsoul spearmint essential oil in diluted form along with carrier oil (vegetable oils) such as sweet almond, castor, coconut and jojoba.
